Ingredients

  • Gluten free

Meat

  • 12 oz Chicken, skinless boneless

Produce

  • 1 lb Broccoli
  • 1 tsp Ginger, fresh
  • 1 Sweet pepper, yellow

Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

Pasta & Grains

  • 2 cups Chow mein noodles or hot cooked rice

Baking & Spices

  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil, toasted
  • Liquids
  • 1/2 cup Water

Directions

  1. For sauce, in a small bowl stir together water, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and sesame oil. Set aside.

  2. Cut flowerets from broccoli stems and separate flowerets into small pieces. Cut broccoli stems crosswise into 1/4-inch slices. Cut pepper into short, thin strips.
