- 12 oz Chicken, skinless boneless

- 1 lb Broccoli
- 1 tsp Ginger, fresh
- 1 Sweet pepper, yellow
Condiments
- 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
Pasta & Grains
- 2 cups Chow mein noodles or hot cooked rice
Baking & Spices
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- Oils & Vinegars
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tsp Sesame oil, toasted
- Liquids
- 1/2 cup Water
Directions
- For sauce, in a small bowl stir together water, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Cut flowerets from broccoli stems and separate flowerets into small pieces. Cut broccoli stems crosswise into 1/4-inch slices. Cut pepper into short, thin strips.
