This milkshake is a lower calorie and lighter dessert. With less than 1/2 of the calories of a traditional milk shake. The frozen bananas cream up like ice cream, the peanut butter adds a lovely yet subtle flavor. Em (my 19 month old daughter) loved this. I hope you do too.
Peanut Butter Banana “Milk Shake” - Serves 6
5 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup 2% milk
Place banana, peanut butter, and milk in a blender. Blend for about 1 minute or until mixture is completely smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
